KT reveals the first AI faith… I will make industrial innovation means

KT announced its willingness to increase the competitiveness of DX in Korea, especially in the first-generation AI, which is regarded as the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI).

KT held a press conference in Softer Ambassador Seoul in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 16th and announced an AI development strategy for a leap forward with a digital powerhouse. KT, CEO of KT, presented AI’s three major development strategies to make AI a competitive edge of the Korean industry.

KT also focuses on fostering future talent in AI. The KT recruitment education program ‘AISLE School’ will focus about 5,000 digital talents over the next five years. In addition, the company plans to develop ‘1 million digital talent training’ with various efforts such as developing NICE ‘NICE’ in Korea and fostering AI talent.

KT pointed out logistics as a field to use AI to promote digital innovation. It is a vision to lead the digitalization of Korean logistics by utilizing the digital logistics company Collab and the KT AI logistics platform of three types of AI transportation, AI full-day, and AI cargo and brokerage transportation.

In addition, the company plans to implement personalized medical care and expand the medical DX business by utilizing the data secured in the medical AI business. In addition, KT also introduced KT’s medical AI solution for predicting risks by analyzing ultrasound images as AI, automatically classifying thyroid nodules and predicting risks by judging positive and malignant.

Faith aims at AI to understand emotions and empathize with humans.
